Das Grundst\u00fcck in Hanglage, am Waldrand mit Blick \u00fcber die Stadt Villach, hat die architektonische Konzeption f\u00fcr dieses Einfamilienwohnhaus mit Einliegerwohnung wesentlich beeinflusst. Das puristische Interior Design unterstreicht das atmosph\u00e4risch gelungene Gesamtbild.<\/p>\n

Die Zugangsebene ist im Sockelgeschoss integriert, das introvertiert und verschlossen in den Hang eingebettet ist und die Plattform f\u00fcr die dar\u00fcber liegenden Bauk\u00f6rper ausbildet. Aufgrund der Gel\u00e4ndesituation verf\u00fcgt die Einliegerwohnung im unteren Geschoss \u00fcber weitreichende Privatsph\u00e4re, selbst f\u00fcr die Terrasse und Gartenbereiche.<\/p>\n

Die raumhohen Glasfl\u00e4chen ziehen die umliegende Landschaft in den Wohnraum, sorgen f\u00fcr spektakul\u00e4re Ausblicke und eine interessante Lichtf\u00fchrung. Das hochwertige Interior Design harmoniert mit der Architektur und setzt reizvolle Kontraste zur umliegenden Natur.<\/p>\n

Intime R\u00fcckzugsbereiche wie das Schlafzimmer oder auch der Schrankraum sind hangseitig ausgerichtet und m\u00fcnden in einen gestalteten Innenhof, der geschickt mit dem Gel\u00e4nde verschnitten wurde.<\/p>\n
