Diese traumhafte Lage war stark pr\u00e4gend f\u00fcr den Entwurf des Geb\u00e4udes, der die Gel\u00e4ndeformationen aufgreift und mittels Aufsch\u00fcttungen fortf\u00fchrt. Von der Zufahrtsseite her verschmilzt so der Bauk\u00f6rper mit der Topografie der Landschaft.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Das Resultat ist ein introvertiertes Gesamtensemble mit hohem Anspruch auf Privatsph\u00e4re. Die geometrisch klare und schlichte Formensprache steht in reizvollem Kontrast zu der &#8211; teilweise k\u00fcnstlich angelegten &#8211; sanften H\u00fcgellandschaft des Projektgrundst\u00fcckes. Die \u00dcberleitung in das Wohnzimmer wird von einem offenen Kamin betont. Der Wohnraum selbst hat eine reduzierte Raumh\u00f6he, um die Intimit\u00e4t zu verbessern, ein im Dach integrierter Lichtschlitz unterstreicht die Lichtf\u00fchrung im Geb\u00e4ude. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die Schlafr\u00e4ume, welche mit gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen B\u00e4dern ausgestattet sind.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die Begr\u00fcnung der Fassade bzw. Bepflanzung der Dachfl\u00e4chen, verschwimmen die Grenzen zwischen Geb\u00e4ude und Natur.
