Dabei ist er \u00fcber den Kontakt mit der STRABAG auf unser Wohnbauprojekt in Villach-Lind aufmerksam geworden. Vor wenigen Wochen hat uns der Sch\u00fcler die fertige Diplomarbeit auf der Baustelle pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In Zusammenarbeit mit zwei weiteren Sch\u00fclern, Nino Lerchner und Sophie Penker, ist eine beeindruckende und umfassende Arbeit entstanden, die unser st\u00e4dtisches Wohnbauprojekt dokumentiert und analysiert. Behandelt werden dabei die Vorg\u00e4nge der Projektvorbereitung, der gesamten Objektplanung sowie des Bauablaufes. Aber auch Themen wie die Nachhaltigkeit von Wohnbauprojekten, \u00f6kologische Aspekte, F\u00f6rderungsma\u00dfnahmen und Projekt-, Claim- und Facility Management wurden im Rahmen der Diplomarbeit einer genauen Betrachtung unterzogen und alternative L\u00f6sungen angedacht.<\/p>\n<p>Den Sch\u00fclern ist mit der Arbeit gut gelungen darzustellen, dass es f\u00fcr wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche und nachhaltige Projekte unbedingt erforderlich ist, den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Geb\u00e4udes schon bei der Projektierung in die Planung\u00a0 miteinzubeziehen.<\/p>\n<h3>Fertigstellung im Juli<\/h3>\n<p>Unser Projekt ist derzeit in der Finalisierungsphase; Mitte Juli erfolgt die \u00dcbergabe an die Eigent\u00fcmer.
