Im Auftrag der gemeinn\u00fctzigen Wohnbaugenossenschaft „Meine Heimat“ haben wir in der Villacher Franz-Jonas-Stra\u00dfe ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Projekt der Sparte ‚Sozialer Wohnbau‘ konzipiert, geplant und umgesetzt. Neben dem Einsatz zukunftsweisender Geb\u00e4udetechnik f\u00fcr hohe Energieeffizienz ist die gesamte Anlage f\u00fcr betreubares Wohnen eingestellt. <\/p>\n

Durch die durchg\u00e4ngige Barrierefreiheit der Anlage in Kombination mit den modernen und funktionellen Grundrissen erf\u00fcllt das Projekt alle Wohnanforderungen f\u00fcr beeintr\u00e4chtigte Menschen und gew\u00e4hrt altersgerechte Versorgungsm\u00f6glichkeiten. Rollstuhltaugliche Wohnr\u00e4ume und Notrufsysteme (z. B. Sturzerkennung) machen die Wohnanlage zu einem Villacher Vorzeigeprojekt in Sachen Integration. Ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit Dachterrasse soll die Kommunikation und das soziale Zusammenleben der Bewohner f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

Die Wohnanlage besteht aus 2 Geb\u00e4uden (insgesamt 40 Wohnungen), die in Massivbauweise errichtet wurden. Eine Tiefgarage (nat\u00fcrlich bel\u00fcftet und belichtet) verbindet die Bauk\u00f6rper und gew\u00e4hrt 35 PKW-Abstellpl\u00e4tze. Als herausragend kann die Geb\u00e4udetechnik klassifiziert werden: Mit der dezentral kontrollierbaren Wohnrauml\u00fcftung, einer thermischen Solaranlage zur Heizungsunterst\u00fctzung, der zentralen Warmwasseraufbereitung sowie einer Photovoltaikanlage zur Stromerzeugung f\u00fcr den Eigengebrauch der Allgemeinf\u00e4chen stellen diese zukunftsweisenden Systeme eine hohe Energieeffizienz sicher.<\/p>\n

Trotz dieser Qualit\u00e4t, die den hochwertigen Standards des Eigentumswohnbau entspricht, bietet die Wohnbaugenossenschaft „Meine Heimat“ mit dieser Anlage leistbares Wohnen an.<\/p>\n
