Das Projektgrundst\u00fcck liegt inmitten eines beliebten Wohnviertels, das von Villen, Ein- und Mehrfamilienh\u00e4usern mit teilweise gro\u00dfen Gartenanlagen gepr\u00e4gt ist.&nbsp; <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Lind ist ein begehrter Lebensraum in Zentrumsn\u00e4he; freie Grundst\u00fccke sind selten geworden, die Nachfrage ist gro\u00df. Die st\u00e4dtebaulichen Voraussetzungen und die ruhige und gr\u00fcne Nachbarschaft erforderten die Konzeption einer Wohnanlage mit zur\u00fcckhaltenden Dimensionen. Unser Projekt besteht aus 2 Bauk\u00f6rpern mit je 8 Wohneinheiten und wurde mit unseren gewohnt hohen Anspr\u00fcchen an Gestaltung und Funktionalit\u00e4t konzipiert und geplant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alle Eigentumswohneinheiten verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber Balkon- und Terrassenfl\u00e4chen, wobei im Erdgeschoss und teilweise auch im 1. Obergeschoss zus\u00e4tzlich Eigeng\u00e4rten angeboten werden. Die kleinste Einheit bietet rund 55 Quadratmeter Nutzfl\u00e4che, alle weiteren Wohnungen (zwischen rund 80 und 120 Quadratmeter) bieten moderne, loftartige Grundrisse mit 2 oder 3 Schlafzimmern. Im 2. Obergeschoss gew\u00e4hren luxuri\u00f6se Penthouses mit gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Dachterrassen ein besonderes Wohngef\u00fchl mit freiem Ausblick.<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden Bauk\u00f6rper sind durch das Untergeschoss baulich verbunden, eine Tiefgarage sorgt f\u00fcr die notwendigen PKW-Abstellfl\u00e4chen. Bei der Planung wurde auf eine barrierefreie Zug\u00e4nglichkeit aller R\u00e4umlichkeiten innerhalb des Geb\u00e4udes, als auch in der Au\u00dfenanlage geachtet.<\/p>\n<p>Die W\u00e4rmeversorgung erfolgt \u00fcber einen Fernw\u00e4rmeanschluss; Durch die Unterst\u00fctzung interner Alternativenergiesystem weist das Geb\u00e4ude eine erstklassige Energieeffizienz auf (A++). Der Baubeginn erfolgte im Fr\u00fchsommer 2015; die \u00dcbergabe erfolgte bereits nach rund 14 Monaten Bauzeit im Sommer 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"awb-gallery-wrapper
